This is a metallic and sharp design plate that is so realistic it could be mistaken for real metal.
The hairline film (aluminum vapor-deposited PET film) is bonded to a resin board through adhesive lamination. The greatest feature is that, since it is adhesive, various core materials can be chosen as long as the conditions are met. The top film is made of PET and does not have outdoor weather resistance, so it is limited to indoor use. Since it is aluminum vapor-deposited, it provides an almost authentic metallic appearance, and the mirror finish and gloss of the resin board give a sense of luxury, unlike metallic printed paper containers. Unlike actual metal sheets, the resin board material is lightweight and allows for a variety of processing and expressions.

We manufacture by adhering aluminum vapor-deposited hairline film. The direction of the hairline flow is in the lengthwise direction, 1820 mm. Size: 910×1820 mm. *There may be variations depending on the material manufacturer and lot. Supported core materials and thicknesses: PET resin: 0.5 mm, 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm, 3.0 mm PVC resin: 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm, 3.0 mm Acrylic resin: 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm, 3.0 mm PC resin: 0.5 mm, 0.8 mm, 1.0 mm, 1.5 mm, 2.0 mm, 3.0 mm HIPS resin: only 1.8 mm The material of the surface hairline film is PET film. Basically, long-term weather resistance has not been confirmed, so it is recommended for indoor use.
