"Super heat-resistant crystallized glass" is glass that has been heat-treated with a special composition to precipitate extremely small microcrystals within the glass, resulting in minimal thermal expansion. It also has good electromagnetic wave transparency. 【Lineup】 <N-0> ■ A glass in which approximately 0.1 micron beta-quartz type microcrystals are precipitated. ■ Although the appearance is crystalline, it is transparent and transmits infrared (heat) rays well. ■ Extremely resistant to thermal shock, it does not break even with rapid cooling in water from 800°C. <N-11> ■ A glass in which approximately 1 micron sized beta-spodumene type microcrystals are precipitated. ■ The appearance is white and opaque, with a beautiful luster similar to that of white porcelain on the surface. ■ It transmits electromagnetic waves well and has excellent mechanical strength. <N-15> ■ A translucent product that is an intermediate between "N-0" and "N-11." ■ When light passes through, it has a warm-colored appearance, making it widely used in items like cylindrical oil heaters. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
