The "G-TRON" is a very compact monoblock machine for filling and capping, as well as filling and corking, for gas beverages such as beer, sparkling sake, and liqueurs. The canning system features a monoblock with 12 filling heads and 3 capping heads. It can achieve 1500 to 2000 cans per hour for 350ml beer (depending on the type of beer and gas content). Our unique filling method controls the beer line and each gas line with independent air-operated valves. The newly designed lid placement, gassing, and can seamer enable stable capping. For bottling, there is a monoblock with 9 filling heads and 1 corking head, or an independent capper that can handle PP caps, maxi caps, crown corks, champagne corks, and wire hoods.
