This lightweight handle uses carbon fiber with an outer diameter of Φ20mm for the main frame. It is effective for reducing the weight of handles used for handling large press products or injection-molded items, even with thin materials. In the video, work transport is performed using vacuum suction, and the switch from a vacuum cup to a gripper (chuck) at the tip can be easily done with a hex wrench due to its simple design. Various types of brackets are also available, allowing for easy adjustments on-site to optimize gripping and suction at the best position, thanks to its modular design. Since there are no edges on any of the components, it is suitable for use with collaborative robots that do not have safety barriers. To facilitate the introduction of robots, a set is sold under the part number "GMJ.QSP.BANC-37."

In 2017, a version with brakes is scheduled to be released in the "VS: Suspension (Level Compensator)" series, which offers a variety of colorful options. By equipping the device with brakes when handling large workpieces, it reduces the need for height adjustments due to different workpieces, allowing for the generalization of extraction chucks and grippers. We are currently conducting demonstration evaluations of a test product with an output of 500N and a stroke of 100mm at a European automobile manufacturer.
