A reciprocating stirrer featuring a triangular wing on the stirring shaft! It can stir low-viscosity liquids as well as high-viscosity liquids up to 100,000 CP! Capable of handling foaming, defoaming, and localized stirring!

The "Reciprocating Agitator" features an agitation shaft with triangular wings that does not rotate in one direction but reverses every 1/4 turn. It can be used for a wide range of applications, from dissolving low-viscosity liquids to high-viscosity liquids and reaction operations, demonstrating a unique stirring effect. It can also be utilized as a semi-mixer. We offer a standard range of 8 models tailored to various applications, and we can also accommodate custom design and manufacturing requests. *Please check out our videos as well. 【Features】 ■ The liquid inside the tank undergoes complex up-and-down convection, keeping the liquid surface consistently flat even with powerful agitation. ■ No baffle plates or bottom bearings are required, allowing for dry operation. ■ Operations such as foaming, defoaming, and localized stirring are easy depending on the orientation and position of the triangular wings. ■ The triangular wings can be used close to the inner diameter of the tank. ■ Stirring operations for high-viscosity liquids and high-concentration liquids up to 100,000 mPa·s are easy. *For more details, please refer to the documentation.
