The ULEDN-102CT is a head-separation type UV LED irradiator designed for line equipment. Thanks to its unique development of a substrate-less heat dissipation structure, it has excellent heat dissipation effects, allowing for stable irradiation with minimal changes in irradiation intensity. Additionally, in the event of abnormal overheating of the irradiation head, it automatically stops output via a dedicated temperature sensor, and even if it continues to operate at a low power that does not trigger overheating detection, it will stop output after approximately 3 minutes for safety.
