Crushed and separated waste gypsum boards can be heated at over 120°C for a certain period of time to produce semi-hydrated gypsum, which solidifies through water and hydration reactions. If a generator is mounted on a 4-ton unic truck, processing can be done immediately. The produced semi-hydrated gypsum can be stored in bulk bags. Semi-hydrated gypsum becomes an excellent solidifying agent when mixed with lime, cement, etc. It is possible to produce solidifying agents on-site and carry out solidification treatment. Our company is small, but we have applied for patents for electric dust collectors and sludge solidification treatment devices.
