Crushed and separated waste gypsum boards can be heated at over 120°C for a certain period of time to produce semi-hydrated gypsum, which solidifies through water and hydration reactions. If a generator is mounted on a 4-ton unic truck, processing can be done immediately. The produced semi-hydrated gypsum can be stored in bulk bags. Semi-hydrated gypsum becomes an excellent solidifying agent when mixed with lime, cement, etc. It is possible to produce solidifying agents on-site and carry out solidification treatment. Our company is small, but we have applied for patents for electric dust collectors and sludge solidification treatment devices. Currently, we are providing environmental purification technology consulting based on cutting-edge environmental purification technologies, and we are involved in the development and planning of environmental purification devices.
