Stabilize and solidify rust. With surface preparation equivalent to grade 4, it enables the creation of a high-quality substrate!
In response to customer requests for simplification of construction and reduction of construction time, Dai Nippon Toryo has developed a coating-type substrate adjustment reducer that can reduce the conventional physical substrate adjustment methods for various structures. This product is not classified as a primer or undercoat, but instead transforms the physical substrate adjustment method into a coating type. By using "Rust Shut," costs can be reduced by approximately 52% compared to the conventional two types of scraping, and construction time can be shortened to about one-fourth of the conventional time, without the need for skilled workers. It has been certified as a recommended technology by NETIS in the 2015 fiscal year. *For more details, please download the catalog PDF or feel free to contact us.
