Introducing the properties of fluoropolymer, including non-stick, slippery, low friction, and insulating characteristics!
Fluororesin is chemically very stable due to its molecular structure consisting only of fluorine and carbon. Its stable structure gives it excellent properties such as high chemical resistance, heat resistance, and insulation, as well as the ability to suppress the adhesion of substances. 【Main Characteristics】 ■ Non-stick Fluororesin has excellent non-stick properties and does not adhere to most materials. ■ Sliding and low friction properties - With a very low coefficient of friction, it can be effective when applied to surfaces where materials slide against each other. ■ Insulation Fluororesin has excellent insulating properties. Coatings formed without pinholes do not conduct electricity. ■ Heat resistance Fluororesin can be used at very high temperatures. PFA and PTFE can maintain their properties in harsh conditions, with continuous use at 260°C and a maximum operating temperature of 300°C. ■ Chemical resistance Fluororesin is inert and is hardly affected by chemicals. It is used in the semiconductor industry and chemical plants where chemicals are utilized. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

basic information
**Feature Introduction** ■ Non-stick properties (Examples of resin differentiation due to adhesion) - PTFE: Required for non-stick properties in kitchen utensils such as frying pans - FEP: Necessary for advanced non-stick properties at room temperature or relatively low temperature conditions - PFA: Required for advanced non-stick properties at high temperatures ■ Slip and low friction properties - A low coefficient of friction reduces surface friction, leading to improved wear resistance ■ Insulation and conductivity - There are conductive types available that can discharge static electricity charged to the ground ■ Heat resistance - The heat resistance temperature varies depending on the fluoropolymer, such as PFA and PTFE. ■ Chemical resistance - Inert and rarely affected by chemicals - Generally, for coatings, the film thickness ranges from 300μm to 1mm, while for rotational molding (rotolining) or sheet lining, it is 2 to 3mm. *For more details, please feel free to contact us.*
