Analytical engineering improvement, robustness analysis, mass production support (process planning and cost verification)
AutoForm-Sigma
It helps to improve and verify the molding process, reducing or eliminating the percentage of defective parts.
It helps to improve and verify the molding process, reducing or eliminating the percentage of defective parts. This solution supports the standardization, optimization, and visualization of press molding production operations using simulations. It can primarily be utilized in three scenarios: SPI (Statistical Process Improvement), robustness analysis, and trial/production support. ○ SPI (Statistical Process Improvement) Automatically calculates continuous combinations of all conditions based on experimental design. It allows for the evaluation of verification results in a visually comprehensible manner using statistical methods. ○ Robustness Analysis Defines and calculates the range of variations that can realistically occur, simulating actual production at a higher level. ○ Trial/Production Support Enables prior knowledge of which parameters to change and in what direction to achieve better results in response to issues that arise on-site.
