The "Paper Sludge Dryer" crushes and pulverizes the raw material with rapidly rotating paddles, increasing the surface area, allowing for the drying of 45% moisture down to a few percent in a short time. By incinerating the dried sludge and supplying steam from the boiler to our factory, we can reduce energy costs. The sludge is air-dried immediately after the screw press, suppressing the generation of foul odors.
