Through UV irradiation, the surface coating formed by chemical bonding achieves a surface hardness that cannot be obtained through heated drying. Since the drying time can be set in seconds, continuous and automated operation of the line is possible, reducing the effort required for work efficiency. Additionally, compared to other devices, it requires a lower initial investment cost and reduces running costs. Furthermore, UV-curable paints, inks, and resins have a low volatile content, preventing deterioration of the working environment, such as odors.
