"Depth and Shallow Measurement Using a Remote-Controlled Boat" utilizes an all-in-one remote-controlled boat (RC-3) equipped with D-GPS and sonar, which automatically navigates along the observation line and measures water depth using its internal sonar. The single sonar has a depth measurement range of 0.5 to 80 meters, making it suitable for shallow areas. The navigation range is 800 meters, and the position is automatically navigated along a pre-designated baseline using D-GPS. The observation data is recorded in a logbook as numerical data matched with the measurement position and water depth values.
