Compared to cross holes, it allows for stronger tightening. Because the seating surface is wide, it allows for larger pilot holes in the items being tightened. The seating surface can replace a flat washer, contributing to a reduction in the number of parts. It is also suitable for cover installation. This product is compliant with EU-RoHS standards.

Among these, trivalent chromate is being used as a substitute for chromate plating.
