The "DTC1U3" is a device installed between USB 2.0/3.0 host and device that electrically emulates the connection and disconnection of USB cables. It allows independent control of the connection and disconnection timing for both VBUS and USB signals, quantifying the USB device insertion and removal tests that were previously done manually over a time axis.
