Based on the "Rapid Identification Method for Microorganisms by Genetic Analysis" in accordance with the Japanese Pharmacopoeia, we perform species identification of bacteria and fungi. For bacteria, we amplify a portion of the highly variable region of 16S rRNA, and for fungi, we perform PCR amplification of the spacer region (ITS1 region) between 18S rRNA and 5.8S rRNA, followed by sequencing analysis. Additionally, we offer an optional service that reports analysis results within one business day.
