Principle A flash jet dryer is a type of dryer that instantaneously disperses and dries cake or slurry-like moist powders in a high-temperature, high-speed airflow. Compressed air generated by a blower is heated to a specified temperature by a heater and is then ejected at high speed from the nozzle of the flash jet dryer into the drying chamber. The dried powder is transported by air, separated in the classification section at the dryer outlet, and only the dried product is collected as the final product using a cyclone and bag filter.
