Tsukuba Ironworks' "1D bending process" is a processing technology that allows pipes to be bent with a pipe diameter and bending radius of nearly 1:1. Bending a pipe with a diameter and bending radius of approximately 1:1 is referred to as 1D bending (ultra-small radius bending). As the radius decreases, it becomes difficult to bend the pipe without causing cracks. At Tsukuba Ironworks, thanks to years of know-how and experience, we can perform 1D bending processing on small to large diameters ranging from φ34 to 114.3. Additionally, we possess various molds for 2D, 3D, and other bending processes, allowing us to accommodate any conditions.
