Drying of herring, shishamo, and other fish that require low temperatures is possible in summer!
The "Air Control Drying Device (ACDS)" is a drying device capable of operating in a drying mode at temperatures ranging from +17°C to +28°C and in a refrigeration mode at temperatures above +7°C. This device excels in drying at low temperatures, which are unsuitable for conventional hot air dryers that use heavy oil or gas as fuel. It is composed mainly of a dehumidifier, a blower unit, a circulation duct, and a drying chamber. The drying chamber has a heat-insulating structure, so it is not affected by outside air. With a simple structure, the machine has high reliability and good maintainability. Additionally, since the energy source is only electricity, it is hygienic and has less concern for noise and fire hazards. 【Features】 ■ Hygienic ■ Simple structure ■ Excels in drying ■ High machine reliability ■ Good maintainability *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Taiyo Manufacturing Co., Ltd., which has many achievements not only domestically but also overseas, is committed to the development of next-generation technologies in line with customer demands and the trends of the times. Initially starting with hot air drying equipment in the Hokkaido region, our sales channels have now expanded nationwide in Japan and even overseas. During this time, we have faced numerous challenges due to changing circumstances, but all our employees have consistently listened to the voices of users, accumulating "creativity," "ingenuity," and "research," fulfilling our mission as a manufacturer. As a supplier of seafood processing machinery demanded by the user market, we have developed squid delicacy processing plants, salmon processing plants, scallop processing plants, and various processing machines for seafood. In recent years, we have also been working on agricultural products, livestock, and food machinery from the perspective of "food," not limited to seafood. We will continue our unwavering efforts to contribute to the further development of the seafood processing industry and the food processing industry.
