Our company utilizes the technical expertise accumulated over 40 years of core production experience to provide materials and manufacturing processes for cores tailored to our customers' needs. We have a range of standard molds for EI cores commonly found in the market (in both metric and inch dimensions), allowing customers to choose their desired mold and save on mold development costs. We also accept orders for customized products. All customized products are manufactured using appropriate materials based on the iron loss values specified by the customer. Additionally, we can conduct various quality inspections as requested. Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries. Our factory is equipped with heat treatment facilities for quenching, enabling us to perform heat treatment on cores. We also accept customized production of I-cores required for large EI transformers, providing our customers with more high-quality and economical options.

Based on 40 years of experience, after purchasing raw materials from JFE Steel Corporation in Japan and China Steel Corporation in Taiwan, we carry out all processes including slitting, cutting, pressing, ring core, argon welding, aluminum die casting, and stress relief annealing in-house. We also provide support for the design of energy-efficient induction motors and motor testing. To meet customer demands, we also offer purchasing agency services, saving our customers time and enhancing efficiency. For product inspection, we conduct initial product inspections using ZEISS 3D equipment.
