■Supports from 3-axis to 5-axis, high-precision compact NC cutting machine The MM100EX is a high-speed, high-precision compact NC cutting machine that enables the processing of difficult materials such as ceramics, titanium, and copper with simultaneous 5-axis control. It caters to a wide range of needs, from small-batch production of precision parts to line integration. Additionally, it can be used for engraving letters, marks, and as an educational NC working machine. ■Compact design considering workability By redesigning the area around the processing zone, the movable range of the inclined axis has been expanded, allowing for inclinations from horizontal to vertical while maintaining a compact size. (Note: There may be restrictions depending on workpiece size.) Furthermore, it features a simple door with a larger opening than the conventional MM100, improving workability during the loading and unloading of workpieces and fixtures. ■Equipped with a maximum 60,000 RPM ATC spindle (4 to 7 tools) It is equipped with a Nakanishi 350W ATC spindle with a maximum speed of 60,000 RPM. By adopting a pull-stud system using dedicated tool holders, it enables strong and precise tool retention and the use of different diameter collets. The number of tools can range from the basic 4 to up to 7 depending on the workpiece size. Additionally, customization allows for the exchange of spindle-mounted disc-type tools used for grinding and polishing.
