The "dimming technology" we possess is a technology that allows for changes between transparent and colored (gray) states by applying voltage. The coloring layer is optimized by applying the light excitation structural changes of oxide semiconductors, where electrons injected from the electrodes are captured within the band gap, causing the coloring layer to change from transparent to gray. When it changes to gray, it also cuts near-infrared light and retains memory properties to maintain the previous transmittance even when the power is turned off.
