The maximum insertion length is 485mm! A stirring liquid bath that maintains optimal flow and temperature uniformity!
The 'Libra 785' handled by Yamazato Industry is a liquid bath that provides a high-quality heat source more suitable for temperature calibration than general-purpose liquid baths. It features a physically separated structure for the heating/cooling chamber and the calibration chamber, and by equipping it with a high-performance temperature controller, it achieves a very small calibration uncertainty of <1mK. While the maximum insertion length of the bath is secured at 485mm, the amount of heat transfer fluid (silicone oil) is approximately 8.5 liters, allowing for operation at a lower cost compared to typical liquid baths. 【Features】 ■ Maintains uniform flow and temperature ■ Maximum insertion length secured at 485mm ■ Can be operated at a low cost ■ Equipped with a high-performance temperature controller ■ Parallel tubes have high thermal insulation properties *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

We continue to walk alongside our customers from the perspective of temperature sensing in the development of Japan's industrial sector. The demands for measurement environments, functions, and performance required of temperature sensors are becoming increasingly sophisticated, spanning from steelmaking to electricity, petrochemicals, semiconductors, and even various environmental facilities, processing plants, and the medical field. Currently, we have completed a new building that combines our headquarters and a new factory (in 2004), as well as a raw material production plant and a heater manufacturing plant. With this as a turning point, we aim to expand our offerings of temperature sensors and microheaters that ensure global quality assurance, as well as calibration services, and to take the first step towards developing temperature measurement technologies and sensors that can serve as new sources of information for the future. Continuously conveying temperature accurately from the field to the user is the eternal theme of Yamazato Industries.
