【Points for Choosing This Product】 - Equipped with our pressure sensors and direct detection sensors on the main unit manufactured by Belgium's Automatic Systems, ensuring safety. - Combines the vehicle processing capacity of a barrier-type car gate with the shielding capability of an electric gate. - Solves security issues that traditional car gates and gates cannot prevent. It has a structure similar to attaching a fence to a car gate, which opens and closes to prevent the entry of unauthorized vehicles and individuals. Recently, more factories have been installing car gates for vehicle entry and exit management. However, while unauthorized vehicle entry can be prevented by car gates, it does not stop people from slipping through or climbing over. Additionally, electric gates take time to open and close, making smooth entry and exit difficult. Our fence gate can solve these problems all at once. Example: Factory entrances and exits, airports, motor pools, etc. 【Case Study】 <Background of Implementation> In a factory with a storage space near the exit of the truck yard, a system was established to manage trucks leaving using RFID at the exit car gate. The car gate was designated as pedestrian access prohibited, and operations were conducted through a separate pedestrian gate. <Issues> - People were able to slip under the car gate to enter and exit. - The storage space was close to the exit, leading to theft incidents from external intrusions. - Employees were also entering and exiting the premises through the car gate instead of the designated pedestrian gate. <Implementation Effects> The main issue was that people could slip under the car gate. Therefore, we proposed replacing the existing gate with our fence gate to prevent slipping under or climbing over, and additionally installing surveillance cameras to keep records. This allowed us to simultaneously achieve the prevention of external intrusions and the management of employee entry and exit.
