This is a gantry machining machine that creates new value (Neo Value) as an upgraded model of our flagship RB series. <Features> Machine structure that achieves high productivity ● Equipped with a spindle diameter of φ100mm, output of 60/44kW (30 minutes/continuous), and torque of 1,306/1,200N·m (10 minutes/continuous), the spindle structure generates stable and powerful cutting at a rotation speed of 30–5,000 min-1. ● The high-strength square ram adopts a large-diameter cubic coupling of 350×350mm, strongly holding attachments. ● The Z and W axes are driven by twin ball screws, achieving balanced center of gravity drive. Thermal displacement control technology that maintains high-precision machining ● By adopting a highly rigid thermal capacity symmetrical structure column, the tilting of the column due to thermal displacement is minimized, enabling high-precision machining over extended periods. ● The cooling of the axis center of the ball screws in the drive system (X, Y, Z) is controlled by an inverter, suppressing elongation.
