The "Fully Automatic Mochi Pounding Machine" features a compact design with an integrated pestle shaft, saving installation space and making it easy to move the machine. The process begins by simply setting the pounding conditions with a timer, and then you can leave the rest to the machine. The manual pounding and turning are fully automated (patent pending), and the mochi's stickiness, flavor, and shine are identical to hand-pounded mochi. The power consumption is only 1.15 kW (three-phase).
