◆Static Electricity Removal The Ion Twist is equipped with a static electricity removal function. Static electricity on resin products attracts floating dust and factory dust, causing foreign substances to adhere to the surface. The surface of plastic parts inserted through the inlet of the Ion Twist is thoroughly decharged, making it easier for particles and dust to detach from the surface. ◆Air Blowing and Component Transport with Compressed Air Inside the Ion Twist dust removal device, multiple nozzle bars are installed to transport plastic parts with powerful air blowing. The turbulence created by the air blowing and the ions from the decharging device causes foreign substances that were attached to the plastic parts to detach. The cleaned parts are then transported to the outlet side by air blowing. ◆Dust Collection Foreign substances, particles, and dust are sucked out through the suction port equipped on the Ion Twist. They are collected by the filter inside a separately placed dust collection device via duct hoses. The Ion Twist is a clean dust collection system that does not scatter garbage or dust into the surrounding area.
