*T-01 Series Target Contaminants for Removal: Dust + Acidic Gases (1) The dry ceramic filter tube installed in the air pollution prevention device is directly attached to the dust collector's opening. This product can be used in environments with high temperatures and corrosive chemicals. It has a robust structure, allowing for long-term use and demonstrating stable performance. (2) Desulfurization Promotion: By applying a semi-dry method and combining it with various additives, gas purification is possible. For example, sodium bicarbonate or quicklime can be added to remove acidic gases (SO2, HCl, HF, etc.). The filter tube dust collector acts as a desulfurization reaction chamber, forming a layer of lime on the outside of the filter to enhance the reaction effect. (3) The heat resistance temperature of the ceramic tube filter itself is 900°C, and it can also handle working temperatures above 750°C, but precise process design and supplementary measures are necessary. *H-01, M-01, L-01 Target Contaminants for Removal: Dust + Nitrogen Oxides (1) In addition to dust removal, various substances can be removed using additives. For example, adding sodium bicarbonate or quicklime to remove acidic gases, or adding ammonia/urea to remove nitrogen oxides. (2) Adding a catalyst (promoter) accelerates the contaminant removal reaction.
