Impulse tester that achieves high-precision measurements through a high sampling rate.
The 19305 series is equipped with two types of impulse testers for winding components: the 19305 (1 channel) and the 19305-10 (10 channels). It features programmable testing up to 6kVA and high-speed sampling capabilities of 200MHz, allowing for the detection of insulation failures in winding components through waveform area comparison, waveform differential area comparison, waveform flutter detection, and waveform second derivative detection. The 19305-10 can conduct 10-channel tests at each step, contributing to reduced testing time and cost savings. With a color display for graphical screen representation, a hand copy function on the operation screen, and a USB interface on the front of the device, waveform saving can be easily performed. It can be utilized in various scenarios such as production sites, research and development, and quality control.
