A cooling camera system developed for machine vision, aimed at capturing high pixels at high resolution and high speed.
The BH-60M is a high-speed imaging cooling camera system compliant with the Camera Link communication standard. It reduces noise through cooling and maintains a constant sensor temperature with temperature management, eliminating noise fluctuations due to temperature changes and improving data reliability, making it ideal for measurements and inspections. The ultra-sensitive 16-bit cooling CMOS camera BH-60M can achieve high-speed imaging at 100 fps and allows for storage to a computer and stop recording using the included control software. It also supports GPS functionality and FITS output as options for astrophotography. Additionally, since it operates in compliance with Camera Link, transitioning from traditional operating systems to the BH-60M has become easier.

BH-60M | [2.26 million pixels, 100fps cooled CMOS camera] Equipped with a low-noise Canon CMOS sensor with a 35mm film size and large 19µm pixels. The maximum gain of 200 times due to the cooling effect provides sensitivity comparable to EM-CCD. High-speed shooting at 100fps is also possible, allowing monitoring and observation of low-light subjects. The stop recorder function, which allows you to view recordings from before the recording was stopped, ensures that you won't miss phenomena that were previously unrecorded. |
BH-66M | [100 million pixel cooled CCD camera] The 100 million pixels can be switched between quality-prioritized 16bit A/D and speed-prioritized 12bit A/D. With powerful cooling and a wide field of view, it offers high resolution (pixel size 4.6µm), making it useful for terrestrial monitoring, coastal surveillance, and ship monitoring. It comes standard with an M72 mount and can be optionally equipped with a PENTAX645 mount. (It does not support autofocus.) |

Company information
Our company has received high praise for our domestically produced cooling cameras, and for many years we have released various cooling cameras for astrophotography and industrial low-light imaging. A cooling camera is a camera that cools the sensor to below 0°C to reduce noise, allowing for high S/N ratio images even in dark environments or with weak light. We offer a lineup of cameras that can capture faint emissions and special wavelengths such as ultraviolet and near-infrared, which are not possible with regular cameras. Additionally, we also accept custom camera orders, so please feel free to contact us. Applications of cooling cameras: ■ Astronomical observation ■ Detection of weak light ■ Light measurement ■ Biological microscopy ■ Fluorescence microscopy imaging ■ Medical field ■ Special applications such as X-rays, ultraviolet, and near-infrared
