The DAQ system consists of one data acquisition box and one 16-bit built-in A/D converter that digitizes the analog output signals from the force plate. Up to two Kistler multi-component force plates can be connected to the data acquisition box. The system can be easily installed using the USB 2.0 port of a PC. The built-in charge amplifier of the force plate is powered by the data acquisition box and is controlled by BioWare or Kistler MARS software.
