The "Compact59" is a single-temperature wine cellar that maintains a constant temperature inside. While it has the same features as the flagship model of EuroCave, this series is designed in a slim size. The 059 size has its heat exchange system located at the bottom of the unit, which reduces the heat dissipation space at the back of the cellar, expanding the options for installation locations. In 1969, pioneers gathered to recreate authentic French bread, specifically the baguette from Paris, in Japan. That was the beginning. Since then, we have been active in introducing genuine French culture to Japan through "food." We want to recreate the "emotion" of the "rich land," "abundant activities," and "flow of time" that many people experience when visiting France, and provide a lifestyle in Japan where these can be felt in the same way. That is the work of our company, Nichi-Futsu Shoji.
