This is a probe-type near-infrared spectroscopy PAT tool. It can be used in various processes such as granulation, mixing, tableting, and coating.
This is an analytical device for inline and real-time monitoring of solid dosage form processes (mixing, granulation, drying, and tableting). It is installed at various points in the manufacturing process to analyze physical and chemical parameters. The hardware consists of a maximum of 4-channel NIR detection units and probes connected by optical fibers and cables. The software is a proven package that meets the specifications required for pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, including audit trail functionality, user management, and output of inspection results. We provide a complete PAT solution, as well as customized solutions tailored to customer requests.
