The ACT-1000 is an automatic sorter for fine chips using a manipulator hand. It supports both gripping pickup and suction pickup methods, and with its non-contact surface pickup mechanism, it can handle small chips (less than 100μm) as well as chip transfers from wafer to tray, tray to tray, and wafer to GEL Pack.
