Our company mainly specializes in the production of cushioning materials and packing using urethane sponge materials in small lots, starting from a single prototype. We utilize die-cutting processing with a die, and cutting and machining with a cutting plotter (processing range is 1300x2500, capable of cutting urethane and resin). If we have a drawing, we can start the conversation from the actual product rather than just the design, which shortens the process of product manufacturing. We can perform cutting processes on thick materials (die-cutting up to 100mm, plotter up to 50mm thick) as well as thin and wide materials. Factory tours are also available. We also offer low-temperature sintering and thin-film fluorine coating (below 1μ). This provides non-stick, slip-resistant, anti-soiling, water-repellent, and oil-repellent effects. We also apply glass coating, which offers various benefits such as heat resistance, corrosion prevention, UV protection, and dirt prevention.
