Introducing the construction process and features of the Cladis method!
The "Cladis Method" involves forming a primer layer of elastic paint containing fluorescent pigments on the substrate, and a top layer of hard paint that blocks ultraviolet rays. When cracks occur in the substrate, the primer layer stretches while the top layer cracks, exposing the primer layer. Ultraviolet rays are then directed at the exposed primer layer, causing the fluorescent pigments to emit light for inspection. This catalog includes photos of visual inspections of bolt and nut loosening conducted using the Cladis Method, as well as painting and construction processes. 【Features of Cladis Method Paint (Common)】 ■ Inspection possible from a distance, reducing inspection time ■ Inspection possible in dark areas ■ Anyone can conduct inspections ■ Safe as it is solvent-free and water-based ■ Inspections from the ground improve safety *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
