Improvement of bonding accuracy in tire manufacturing line! Automation of the bonding process! Data management.
The "Doubling Device (Complexer)" automatically performs the doubling process, such as bonding the sidewall to the inner liner. The doubling unit complexer comes in a conveyor-integrated type and a standalone type. In front of the complexer, a CCD camera detects the rubber sheet on the master side. Additionally, it is possible to attach a CCD camera to the main body. Since the complexer is assembled, wired, and tested within our factory, the installation and startup time is reduced. 【Features】 ■ Detects the rubber sheet on the master side with a CCD camera ■ Possible to attach a CCD camera to the main body ■ Edge detection using digital infrared sensors and CCD line scan cameras ■ Assembled, wired, and tested in our factory ■ Reduced installation and startup time For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
