Precise installation is possible! A load cell that measures the tension of the web while in motion.
The "flange type load cell" is used in the manufacturing processes of machining and finishing for almost all web-type materials. It consists of a sturdy flange-type outer ring and an inner collar for precise mounting. The inner ring has grooves cut in both directions, ensuring that the bearing is securely centered. Radial forces push on the strain gauge of the inner ring, and the change in the electrical resistance balance of the bridge connection provides an output signal proportional to the tension of the web. 【Features】 - Sturdy external ring with a flange cover - Centering collar that allows for precise mounting - Easy mounting at the center of the ball bearing - Analog output signal proportional to the tension of the web For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
