Simply realizing accumulated know-how.
"Energy saving" and "high quality" have become important keywords in recent times. The same applies to air conditioning dampers, where similar requirements are expected in the environments where they are used. In particular, there is a need to prevent cross-contamination, maintain cleanliness, and avoid exposure to hazardous atmospheres in environments such as medical facilities, production lines (semiconductors and pharmaceuticals), and laboratories. Control technology is necessary to prevent these issues while also achieving energy savings, starting with room pressure control dampers. These dampers directly feedback room pressure and control exhaust (or supply) dampers to achieve the set room pressure. - Miniaturization and cost reduction: Achieved through dedicated design and miniaturization for lower costs. - Improved operability: Standard features include digital displays and operation switches, enhancing usability. - Enhanced functionality: Standard implementation of room pressure and damper opening output, various contact input/output, and communication functions (Modbus communication). - Flexible response: Flexible adaptation to the site through various parameter settings, with parameters also adjustable via switches.

Applications/Examples of results
To control room pressure, the balance between supply air volume and exhaust air volume is important. In the case of a positive pressure setting, increase the supply air volume and reduce the exhaust air volume. In the case of a negative pressure setting, reduce the supply air volume and increase the exhaust air volume. It is also possible to control room pressure using CAV and other methods for both supply and exhaust air; however, this damper can directly sense room pressure, allowing for reliable control of room pressure. Furthermore, with a digital controller, settings can be made directly in numerical values, making room pressure settings easy. This allows for precise control according to the purpose, especially when there is a need to establish a pressure difference between rooms or when balancing the pressure difference between rooms during the startup or shutdown of air conditioning units.
