The orifice or Pitot tube detects the air flow and provides feedback. The damper opening is calculated using PID computation, and the damper opening is adjusted to achieve the set air flow. By connecting the fume hood monitor and sash sensor, it is possible to respond to the fume hood. By performing supply and exhaust interlocking control, the room pressure balance during local exhaust operation is maintained. 1. Configuration The high-speed VAV/CAV consists of an integrated structure of damper, actuator, differential pressure sensor, and controller. 2. Fume Hood Monitor - Displays the suction surface wind speed of the fume hood - Notifies various alarms audibly - Supports emergency exhaust switches, etc. 3. Sash Sensor By connecting to the high-speed VAV, it detects the sash opening and calculates the opening area of the fume hood.
