Using a digital infrared sensor! Detecting edges regardless of the density and condition of the tire cord.
The "Code Aligner BCS3102" is a widening system that monitors the condition of the left and right tire cords using sensors and adjusts the width of the tire cords by moving two bow-shaped rolls with actuators. It uses a digital wideband sensor to accurately detect the edges of the tire cords. Equipped with a digital controller that can accommodate various orders. Parameters can be set from the keypad attached to the controller. It also supports networking, allowing operation through communication with a higher-level PLC. 【Features】 ■ Uses a dirt-resistant digital infrared sensor ■ Detects edges regardless of the density (spacing) or condition of the tire cords ■ Prevents excessive widening ■ Optional automatic or manual sensor movement support, width measurement, and display available ■ Wideband sensors can be used *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
