A lateral movement guide system that performs centering with high precision, ideal for intermittent operation of tire molding machines and more.
The "Elpresser SV" is a system that guides the web to a reference position using lateral moving rolls. It quickly and accurately detects the web edge and the nose (the protruding part of the rubber sheet) using a CCD camera or digital infrared sensor. The "SVS41," which has three lateral moving rolls, minimizes the inertia that can lead to stretching of the rubber sheet during intermittent operation. 【Features】 ■ Equipped with a digital controller that can accommodate various orders ■ Parameters can be set from the keypad attached to the controller ■ Reduced wiring effort ■ Easy equipment upgrades ■ A new user-friendly operation panel is available For inner liners: SV11 For side walls: SV21 For belts: SV41 *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
