Multi-position easy-to-install web tension measurement control system
The "Eltenz PD 21/22" is a load cell that is easy to install in multiple positions, thanks to its flange, pedestal bearing, and internal and external protection. With its overload prevention feature, it can handle loads up to 20 times the rated measurement range. It offers high flexibility with various rotation shaft diameters from 12 to 65 mm and a rated measurement force of 0.05 to 10 kN. Additionally, when the measurement direction is horizontal, it can measure without being affected by the weight of the roller. 【Features】 ■ Uses strain gauges on flat surfaces ■ Favorable temperature characteristics and excellent linearity ■ High elastic constant of the web tension load cell ■ High permissible operating speed of the measuring roller *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
