The "ismart60G" is a stamping machine that supports a variety of products with a maximum work size of 90×250mm. It sequentially retrieves die-cut lead frames set in the magazine, reads the ID (QR code) stamped on the lead frame, communicates with the upper computer, and based on that information, performs laser stamping and ID (QR code) on each package.
