At Cavitech Co., Ltd., we primarily manufacture machine tool covers, precision sheet metal frames and covers, and general industrial equipment frames and covers, conducting integrated production in-house from painting to assembly. When manufacturing exterior parts such as machining covers using traditional management methods, it was necessary to place orders with separate subcontractors for each part, making quality stabilization and delivery management very challenging. Additionally, assembly work and painting processes within our company were also required, which hindered efficient production. Cavitech simplifies these complicated process management tasks and delivers finished products in bulk. We excel in processing thin and large sheets, including press processing, bending, and welding of 5' × 10' materials. Our 3m-capable brake press can handle products of maximum dimensions in the 5' × 10' size without any issues. The bending accuracy provided by the digital back gauge maintains product dimensions with an accuracy of 0.1mm (JIS sheet metal standards).
