Ideal for centering various rubber sheets and liners.
The "Ersmaart SW91/SW92" is a compact waviness correction mechanism for rubber sheets. It is mainly used in the winding and unwinding sections. Variations: SWS9162: With a roll diameter of 160mm, it is compact and ideal for correcting the waviness of various rubber sheets such as inner liners and plies. The initial torque is light at 200g, so no drive assist is needed for thin rubber sheets like inner liner materials (drive assist is optional). SWS9170: A model that adds a widening function to the SWS9162. It is perfect for applications that require simultaneous widening and centering during the winding and unwinding of liners. SWS9180: A specification that centers two webs simultaneously. It can be utilized for centering sidewalls. SWS9262: Accommodates webs with a roll diameter of 430mm and is suitable for belt materials that are difficult to handle due to hugging angles.
