High versatility Made from highly chemical-resistant and heat-resistant fluororesin and SUS316. Easy installation by simply inserting into a common fitting. It can be used in combination with your usual stirrer. (Attachment diameter 8mm) A wide range of optional parts, including various stirring rods, different diameter tapered joints, and helical couplings, are available. Custom-made products tailored to your desired materials and shapes are also accepted. 3. High load capacity The stirring blades allow for effective mixing, making it possible to use in reactions that are difficult to stir with magnetic stirrers. It can stably mix high-viscosity liquids and reactions where solids precipitate.

Assembly Procedure 1: Attach the stirring rod to the hollow shaft and insert it into the common fitting of the flask.

Assembly Procedure 2 Connect the external magnetic unit to the stirring machine, which is the power source, via the connecting shaft. By using a helical coupling (MG-0-01) for the connection, slight shaft misalignment can be absorbed, further reducing the setup effort.

Assembly Procedure 3 Adjust the length of the connecting shaft and connect it to the inner magnetic unit. Please be careful not to pinch your fingers with the magnet during this process.

Assembly completed. Please perform the stirring process and check the connections of each part. After the stirring process is finished, you can move the flask while maintaining its seal by only removing the external magnetic unit.
