1. It has high weather resistance that approaches fluororesin coatings. This paint uses HALS (light stabilizer) to prevent resin degradation from UV rays and CHMA (water-resistant monomer) incorporated into the resin structure to dramatically enhance water resistance. Its weather resistance surpasses that of acrylic silicone resin coatings and approaches that of fluororesin coatings. 2. Even if cracks occur in the substrate, the paint film stretches to maintain waterproofing. By combining it with a highly elastic intermediate material, the paint film stretches to follow the cracks that develop in the substrate, preventing the intrusion of rainwater and protecting the substrate with its elastic properties. 3. It has excellent anti-fungal and anti-algal properties. 4. It has good workability. As a water-based single-component type, there is no hassle of mixing or time limitations for use, and stable performance can be achieved. Additionally, it can be painted on a highly elastic Toraelast base, making it ideal for the renovation of old elastic-type coatings.
