The ultra-compact AC-DC power supply "PBO series" of open frame SIP packages comes in two types: a 3W model and a 5W model, with dimensions of 35x11x18mm. The pin configuration for the 3W model can be selected from straight or right angle. The high-density PBO series boasts a standard efficiency of up to 80% and provides a wide input voltage range of 85-264 Vac or 70-400 Vdc for high voltage DC-DC systems. Depending on the series, the output voltage can be one of 3.3, 5, 9, 12, 15, or 24 Vdc. To accommodate use in harsh environments, the 3W model features an extensive operating temperature range of -40 to +85°C, while the 5W model operates between -25 to +85°C. Additionally, the isolation voltage between input and output for all models is AC 3,000V. The PBO series complies with UL60950-1/EN 60950-1 and adheres to the EN55022 Class B limits for conducted and radiated emissions, incorporating overcurrent and short-circuit protection features. The ultra-compact models are ideal for various applications including industrial systems, automation equipment, security, communications, and smart home devices.
