Our company started in November 1949 as the machinery manufacturing department of Yamada Foundry in Kameido, Koto-ku, Tokyo. On May 7, 1963, we expanded our business and restructured into a corporate organization, establishing "Kobayashi Shinwa Ironworks Co., Ltd." On May 1, 1986, we relocated to our current location in Higashi Narashino, Chiba Prefecture. With 74 years in the metal processing industry and 60 years since our founding, we have been diligently working towards achieving our business objectives and establishing a solid foundation. Our basic policy, "Leveraging high technical skills and reliable quality," serves as our motto, and we strictly adhere to delivery deadlines while providing high-precision products to our customers. We also sincerely respond to a wide range of requests in the metal processing field. Additionally, our company maintains a good balance between veteran employees and younger staff (average age 27.4), ensuring effective skill transfer. We are committed to continuously adapting to changes in the times and passing on this technology to the future.
